Biography
About Me
I obtained my Bachelor in Cell and Molecular Biology and my Bachelor in Genetics at Texas A&M University. I worked as an undergraduate researcher in the lab of Dr. Vladislav Panin. My project investigated the effects of Drosophila sialyltransferase mutations on the cardiovascular system of Drosophila melanogaster. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology.

Research Interests
I am currently studying the regulation of RyR2 by protein kinase C (PKC) phosphorylation in cardiomyocytes affected by arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC).
Hobbies
When I am not in the lab, I like to spend my time planning and running tabletop RPG campaigns with friends, playing video games, and reading.
